I couldn’t agree more, Mr. Holmes.  
These movies have always put my stomach in knots and made me anxious.  In fact for a long time I would only see a ‘scary’ movie if I was wearing a hat, so I could use it as a shield to protect the scary from my peepers.  But after realizing nothing about stomach knotting and anxiousness particularly enriches my life, I too took of the hat and haven’t looked back since.

Well, I know what I’m doing on April 15th, 2011.

I was halfway through “Scream 2” at the Loews on 86th & Lex when I had an epiphany: I simply do not enjoy watching people pretend to be murdered. I walked out, I have skipped this kind of thing ever since, and my life is richer for it.
